Get Driven Sydney’s policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your service, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

It’s important that you choose wisely when making your purchase. Get Driven Sydney does not normally accept refunds if the Customer simply changes their mind about a purchase. Get Driven Sydney may in certain circumstances provide a credit note for a refund to the total price paid by the Customer less an administrative fee of no more than 20% (plus GST) if within 5 business days of the date of purchase, the Customer submits a request to Get Driven Sydney by email for a refund of the service, the reasons as to why you wish to refund. Please advise us in writing to this address and we will make contact within 48 hours of receiving your request.
