Refunds
Get Driven Sydney’s policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your service, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
It’s important that you choose wisely when making your purchase. Get Driven Sydney does not normally accept refunds if the Customer simply changes their mind about a purchase.
Get Driven Sydney may in certain circumstances provide a credit note for a refund to the total price paid by the Customer less an administrative fee of no more than 20% (plus GST) if within 5 business days of the date of purchase, the Customer submits a request to Get Driven Sydney by email for a refund of the service, the reasons as to why you wish to refund.
